In the task module, you have a table displaying all task entries within the platform.

The table contains opportunities to filter tasks by category, status, department and due date, making it quick to find previous entries. Automatically the table filters tasks that are by status “open” (unsolved) and relevant to the user’s assigned department.

To filter the table, click on the relevant filter and adjust the filter type to meet your needs.

Syncdesk is built to be an open platform, meaning that as a starting point, all entries are visible to all employees. If needed private departments can be created.
